Do
I have physical access to my machine?
Yes. You have ESCORTED access. Escorted Access is during normal, non-holiday,
business days which are Monday - Friday between 10AM -
2PM Pacific Time. After normal Escorted Access hours
and on holiday's and weekends Escorted Access is on an emergency basis
only and a support fee will be charged. |

What
if my Mac Mini needs servicing?
If your Mac Mini needs servicing
due to a part failure XServHosting
will take your Mac
Mini, at no charge, to the nearest Apple Certified
repair facility of your choice. There are several
Apple
Certified repair facilities within a 15 min
radius of our data center (92614) including 4
Apple Stores ( Irvine,
Costa
Mesa, Newport
Beach and Mission
Viejo). Note that some of the Apple Certified
facilities provide on site service. Remember that
you are responsible for arraignment and payment
of services with a Apple Certified repair facility. |

Am
I limited to what software I can run on My Mac
Mini?
You can run pretty
much anything except for the following. Any P2P
software and/or application, IRC, Wares site,
Illegal music and/or video download service and
illegal pornography. Refer to our TOS for details |

Can I run
OS X server on my Mac Mini?
Yes. In fact we HIGHLY
recommend that you upgrade to Mac OS X server. |

Do
you offer a backup Mac Mini if mine needs servicing?
Yes. For a small monthly
fee, in addition to your normal monthly Colocation
fee, you can subscribe to our "Hot Mac Sub
Service". This will provide a Mac Mini for
your temporary use if yours is out for service.

What
if I need to reboot my Mac Mini?
We offer optional
APC web based power recyclers. This will allow
you to remotely power recycle your Mac Mini over
the web. It is accessible from a password protected,
web site.

What
if I am not able to access the web and my Mac Mini
needs a reboot?
No worries. Support is available 24/7 and
reboots are free. Just call us! |

Do
I get my own IP address?
Yes. You are allowed
1 static IP address. |

If
I want to colocate more then one Mac Mini do I
have to buy additional bandwidth?
No. With our advanced
bandwidth monitoring and routing hardware you
only need to by bandwidth for one Mac Mini. We
can then set our bandwidth management utility
to share your bandwidth among all your Mac Minis
that you have colocated with us. |
